- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Excluded Locations: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- Orders before 2:00 PM EST: Ship the same business day.
- Orders after 2:00 PM EST or weekends: Ship the next business day.
- Peak seasons: May require an additional 1–2 business days.

- FedEx
- The most efficient carrier is selected automatically based on your location.
4. Shipping Rates

5. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

- National holidays
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipping, please contact us.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track the shipment
If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, please reach out for assistance.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
Please contact our Customer Support Team immediately if:
- Tracking is stalled for 5+ days
- Tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your package has not arrived within 7 business days
We will investigate promptly and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
