Return Policy

Lavafind is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase,
we offer a clear and transparent return process. This policy is openly disclosed to all customers, in full compliance
with standard e-commerce regulations.

I. Eligibility Window

You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you received your order (the delivery date).

II. Return Conditions and Eligibility

For an item to be accepted for a return, it must meet all the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
  • Packaging: Must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and hygiene seals.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

III. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Initiate Contact: Email our support team at
    support@ilovecrms.com
    with the subject line: “Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]”.
    Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: You will receive an RMA number and return instructions. Do not send items without an RMA.
  3. Prepare Package: Securely pack items and clearly write the RMA number on the package.
  4. Ship Item: Send the return package to the official return address provided.

IV. Return Shipping Costs

A. Customer Responsibility (Buyer’s Remorse)

If returning due to personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect size not caused by us),
the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

B. Lavafind Responsibility (Our Error)

If the return is due to our mistake (defective, damaged, or incorrect item),
we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

V. Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the standard return steps and specify the new size/color/item in your email.
We recommend placing a new order immediately to secure availability.

VI. Inspection and Processing Time

Once your return is received, it will be inspected according to the criteria above.

Approved Return: Processed within 7 business days.

Rejected Return: If criteria are not met, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
