Lavafind understands that customers may need to make changes after placing an order. We offer a limited window for adjustments:
- Adjustment Period: Customers have a 4-hour window immediately following the purchase time to request modifications or cancellations.
- Requesting Changes: To cancel or modify your order within this period, please contact us immediately via:
- Submitting a request through the “Contact Us” section on our website.

2. Policy Enforcement
Important Note: Once the 4-hour adjustment window has elapsed, we are unable to guarantee or make any further changes to the order, including but not limited to item changes, quantity adjustments, or full cancellations. Production or fulfillment processes may begin immediately after this period to ensure prompt delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Address Accuracy and Verification
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided during checkout, including street name, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code.
4. Address-Related Delivery Issues
- Non-Liability for Errors: Lavafind is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address information provided by the customer.
- Re-Shipping Costs: If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to the correct address.
